We understand that plans change. This policy explains your options when you need to cancel or modify a confirmed booking with BlackBeards Tours & Travel.
You may reschedule a confirmed booking at no charge if you notify us at least 7 days before the experience date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of the experience may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 20% of the booking value.
If BlackBeards cancels your experience due to operational reasons within our control (e.g., guide unavailability, vehicle failure), you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled experience at no extra cost.
If your experience is cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, or other safety-related factors determined by our guides or partners, we will offer a rescheduling option or a full credit. Refunds in weather-cancellation cases are at our discretion and subject to third-party operator policies.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to agente@blackbeards.travel or via WhatsApp at +1 849.507.3890. The cancellation date is the date your written request is received and acknowledged by us.
Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or an alternative agreed upon in writing.
